Missed Appointments

Scheduled an appointment for 10am on the 2nd Dec 17. At 10.30am no technician. At 10.47am receive a message that he is still busy at another site as he was double booked ? Rescheduled at 10am on the 3rd Dec. At 10.45am no technician. Sent a sms querying if he still coming. Received message at 11.56 that vehicle has now broken down and will not make appointment !!!
