Bad workmanship now NO ownership

<p>On the 3rd March 2017 Mr mxit came to my residence to Fix my washing machine, firstly the guy did not even give me a quote he just went and replaced the pump and after the job was done I was given an invoice of R1495 I complained as I was not given the option to accept of decline his business and the price was reduced to R1170 and Mr Fixit advised that I will still have the 6 month Warranty. Just over a month the machine stopped working and that was on the 9th March. I sent Mr fixit a whatsap message to inform him of this and I was told I was going to be called shortly.I messaged him again on the 12th and no response, I messaged again on the 16th and still no response.My Boyfriend called last week and they afdvised him that they will call me he called them again today and they said the same. I sent a final message today and still nothing. Its been 13 days since Mr Fixit informed me that I will be called shortly.</p>
