Bad service and work by Mr Fixer Assist

<p>We obtained a quote from Mr Fixer Assist (Centurion are) to replace old fibre glass roof sheets . He came out to assess the roof and provided us with a quote which we accepted. </p> <p> </p> <p>After replacing the roof sheets the roof leaked more than ever before. In fact, water is streaming in where the sheets overlap. We have on numerous occasions requested him to come and have a look and attend to the are where ht ewater leaks. After three weeks of giving us the run around, not comming out when he said he would, not answering or repsonding to calls and sms messages, he stated the problem is with the structure of the roof and we can not expect him to do a proper job and he would therefor not come out to fix this shoddy work. </p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say that for seven years prior to him replacing the roof sheets, wesdid not have a problem with water leaks, despite the fact that the structure was exactly the same.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
