Copy of Invoice

During the beginning of the year we were looking for a Z17DTH engine. I browsed Hello Peter and saw the compliment of a person which was posted Dec 2014. In February 2015 we bought a engine form Mr Engine. The service we received then was good. We enquired for a copy of the invoice , had to Pay R 350.00 to get a copy of the invoice. After numerous emails I spoke to Zane on the office line to again ask for the copy of the invoice, I was told by him, I'm on Lunch and will do it when my lunch is over. He spoke about 15-30 minutes. I again send emails to Zane to enquire, when My husband then phoned the office 50 minutes after I spoke to Zane, Zane was out of the office. I am in the process of looking for another engine for my other vehicle, and will never recommend Mr Engine to anyone after the service I got from Zane. I was helped by another employee to get the invoice, and is grateful therefor, BUT will still never use/ recommend them again. Thanks for the good service earlier this year, which is now a bad service.
