Poor service from mr. D

I had an issue with. Restaurant tonight that I ordered from via the mr. D app.

I called the call center 3 times the 1st 2 times i receiced no helo this was after an hour that my order was not yet picked up by a driver. And no one even bothered to let me know what was going on.

The 3rd time i spoke to a girl at the call centre named Candice and this girl was very professional and efficient in listening to my problelm and trying to sort it out..tge 4th time I phoned and luckily went throygh to candice again. A manafer ohoned me and then put the phone down in my ear, to which Candice stepped up cancelled. The existi g order refunded me and waited for me to place an order with anothet restaurant.
