Multichoice ****s me every month..

Dstv multichoice.. Forces me to pay for a router which I do not have.. A router which I have never used..its already a year, they kept on making empty promises up to date they failed to help me, they refusing to refund me for the services I paid nd did not receive..im paying every month for a router yet I don't have it.. This is not fair.. I want my money please wena multichoice.. Multichoice randburg is such a disappointment.. I want my refund.. Cos I can't be paying for a router which I don't even have.. U always pro. Missing to escalate a matter, but still there's no help.. Refund me nd il bck off.. Since u kept your router so bring back my money..
