What a ****. STAY AWAY. Chris sent a team on Monday. 48 hours later I have the very same issue. They invoiced R2k to fix the fault and install a new Optical LNB cable. Climbed onto the roof - the LNB is not NEW at all - its so very obviously used its not funny and the connections used are quite literally falling apart. Chris at first denies this was his team. Then when I send him a shot of his call to me - he remembers ... waiting to hear back ... disgusting behaviour!
