Dstv refund - worst customer experience.

Up until now I'm waiting for my refund. The rude consultants drop the phone in my ears. In the meantime they deduct from my refund for fees and that is my rent money. No one comes back to me, and they keep to 14 working days even when I tell them it's my tent money. For such a big company they should invest in promoting customer service. How the hell, I gave them what they want, now they investigating, investigating WHAT???? I'm canceling my contract. This is bullshi
