Do not make use of this service!!! At first Chris came out quickly and as promised. When he arrived he claimed I needed a new LNB to fix the problem and charged me a ridiculous price, only to find out later that it was a second hand lnb. When he left only some of the channels worked and when I informed him of the problem he promised to come back and have a look. I followed up for a week and nothing. He ignored my calls and when I phoned from a different number only then did he answer the phone. Eventually he came back to fix the signal problem and claimed I needed another part and that I needed to pay and additional amount otherwise he was taking the parts that I already paid for. His service is terrible and he charged me R2500 to fix the dstv signal problem.
