Collects his fees but MIA when something is wrong

This "business" is operated by Wade Coetzee. Very, very nice guy. Until something in his installation goes wrong. Then, unless you want to add something to the service (that I have actually done at considerable cost) or want to pay again and again and again - you will see and hear nothing from him.

The last call I had from him suggested he needed to adjust settings for a box he installed to receive a stable signal. At the same time, he wanted to know if I want to add a third decoder. Since I have not confirmed the additional order, he couldn't be bothered to come and change the settings so that we can receive stable signal on both decoders we have.

He is a nice guy. But, unfortunately - horrible with customer service and follow-up.

Do NOT use his service. You will end up paying him as often as you pay your monthly DSTV subscription. I will gladly give all my details to anyone that asks to confirm what I am saying.
