Worse service ever - *********** team

I contacted Chris to assist with DSTV installation and TV mounting, he assigned Wayne to do the work. First time they could not install the extra- view successfully. They came back to re-install and the extra-view worked for two days and pictures started freezing. Less than two weeks of mounting the TV on the wall, I came home one day to find the TV hanging with a thread. They refused to refund me and just promised to attend to the matter. Worse service ever.
