DSTV problem

Terrible service. Promised to come so I stayed home all afternoon but didn't arrive. I asked about call-out fee but no answer. I phoned twice and was told the guy would arrive in 20 minutes. I tried phoning 3 more times but with no reply, also no response from WhatsApp messages. Eventually next day I tried DSTV Agency at Table View and the guy helped me solve the problem over the phone./
