The job is still not done

We hired \Mr do it all"to do a few upgrades to our home. We showed him all the things we would like done and he gave us a quote. The work was poorly done and half of it is still not finished. We paid more than half before hand for the labour and supplies. We have not seen any of these \""supplies\"" that was told he had bought. Our \""new\"" bedroom closets where assembled terrible and are skew. He got paint on the wooden floors which we explicitly ask to put something over while they painted. Half of the quoted work is not done. We have tried calling him more than multiple times over three months and each time he says he will call us the next day to arrange a date. So three months have passed"
