Poor Service Experience

I provided a sample of a skirting board to be made to match existing skirtings in my house. They advised that they could be able to assist and manufacturing the skirting board to an identical match to the sample provided. I was charged a design fee which I accepted was to ensure the accuracy the accuracy to the sample provided. After 7 days advised that I could go and collect the skirting board that they had made for me.

The manufactured product is only similar in profile but not at all accurate. Clearly there is a problem in the translation measurements of the profile during design to their manufacturing process dimensions based on the noticeable difference in the profile of the product received. I am to say the least very disappointed in the noticeable differences in the profile of skirting boards made to order. They also state goods specially manufactured are not accepted for return. If I had been advised of these conditions in the first place, I would never have placed an order with them. In essence what they promise me is definitely not what was manufactured and or provided.

Further to this the length of the piece of skirting board order was a 3 meter length. They supp**** 4.8 meters of skirting but this was cut in half. This change in length now also now necessitates an unnecessary join in of a small section of skirting during the installation process.

So, in essence this is possibly the worst service I have ever experienced!
