DEPOSIT FOR SHADEPORT

Mr Fanie Ferreira quoted us on a shade port. We paid him the amount of R2700.00 on 02 December 2014.<br> <br> After many phone call's and messages about the shade port we still haven't received our money back.<br> <br> Mr Ferreira told me that he will pay back our deposit as he will not be able to supply the shade port.<br> <br> We have sent people to his plot but the worker always says that he is not there.<br> <br> Yesterday I phone Mr Ferreira and said to him that I am done waiting for my money and said I am going to lay 'n ***** charge against him. Still no payment was received. I think this man has gotten away with this behaviour for so long that he even isn't afraid.<br>
