Come for me, not my kids

On the 6th of October. Just came out of Checkers Hyper in Menlyn heading towards the exit to my car. I'm with my mom who is pushing my 4month year old in a pram and I'm carrying my toddler, at the same pushing a trolley. Halfway towards the exit I stop wanting to organise myself. While busy I hear a guys voice, so rudely, telling his partner that he must tell me to move. At that time I was not even sure if they were talking to me but he yelled so many times that when I turned I realised he was actually talking to me. I tell the one guy that I'm still busy sorting myself and the other guy continues to rant at me about me being in the way, about me wasting their time, such a ride approach. I responded that you know I'm actually not going to move anymore. I nearly had a heart attack when the guy actually touched my baby moving her aside. He then proceeded to take out some of my things from my trolley and put them on the floor. I flipped. No my children or my belongings. The nerve to even touch my baby's pram. I am so upset. I went back to Checkers to report it because I was told that these guys (trolley guys) work for checkers. I explain to the manager, he seems like he is interested but Nay. He just comes out and keeps telling me that there's nothing he can do. I insisted that Il come back on Monday for feedback. But I don't think I will get any cause I can tell that he was just trying to sugercoat everything. To my understanding these guys work for Mr Clean who is contracted by Checkers. Did my own investigation afterwards and was told that its the guys that work the morning shift and knock of at 4pm. My heart is still aching, my baby. If he only came for me that I can take, but my children. Oh no. Please hello Peter help me. I took a pictute of some guy when I went outside. He tried to dumb play me but I recognised his face and played along just so I can take a picture. I was so upset but I think he is one of the guys. Thank you.
