The business operates a WhatsApp group where motorcycles are advertised on behalf of clients
The business operates a WhatsApp group where motorcycles are advertised on behalf of clients. While the platform is useful in principle, I found the pricing of some motorcycles to be significantly above market-related value. After reacting to one such listing with a laughing emoji—something that other group members also did—I was removed from the group without any communication. This raised concerns about how differing opinions or feedback are handled. What was more concerning was the inconsistency in professionalism. After previously requesting assistance in selling one of my own motorcycles, my asking price was met with a similar reaction and I was told not to be disrespectful. This felt contradictory and unprofessional. As a self proclaimed classic motorcycle expert and as a business engaging with the public, it’s amportant to maintain objectivity and professionalism, even when faced with differing views or criticism. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that standard. Called me "pathetic"
