Awful service

I sent in my lawnmower and hedge trimmer for repairs on the 18/11/20. A week later the work had not been done. Two weeks later only the mower was supposed to be ready. Upon arrival for collection the mower was nowhere to be found. The trimmer is still not ready. I was told the ‘black guy’ not ‘ Mr Leon took it. The police at Honeydew are not interested to assist and get back my mower. They shouted me out of the charge office on Sunday led by the captain manning the shift on Sunday 13/12/20 evening.
