Mr Cheap Lansdowne

Went to the store to buy an item an item which was incorrect and went back the very next day to exchange it for my cash refund.I arrived there only to be told they do not do cash refunds and that I had to take something to the same value.I spoke to the owner who was very rude in saying they do not do cash refunds and that I must take something else or they will give me a credit note.I told her I paid for my purchase in cash and I exp my cash back.She blatantly refused.I ended up buying an extra item in order for my first purchase to work correctly which resulted in me spending even more money or else I would have had to sit with something that didn't work.Please people be aware of this store.They have no customer service and are rude when you want your money back
