Worst Service ever - i am traumatized by them

I recently moved and got many quotes and decided on @MrCheapTransport - they initially gave me excellent service, despite the name. Well that is where it ended. They arrived 2 hours late (first trip of the day so no valid reason why and I could not get hold of anyone to assist me - I sat waiting) I pre packed every single thing - i only moved large items - i did all boxes - and bubble wrapped my own appliances, took apart beds and removed drawers - it was so easy for them. The driver was smelling badly of alcohol, was rude and argued with my security and refused to park in the allocated moving spot IMMEDIATLEY next to the lift - then parked FURTHER and charged me for distance to lift. They took 1.5 hours to travel 10km to drop off my furniture at new address, and not one person at the call center could tell me why and where they were for that time after over 8 calls- over charged me horrfocially to add 3 small items - i left off one large item and then held R20k worth of new appliances hostage. AFTER they had badly damaged my antique wood cabinet couch - and told them why must i pay R800 after my things were damaged so badly. shocking service and worse client service. I felt so threatened by the driver that i had to ask the local ADT guy to stop and watch in case. They refuse to refund me or assist me. they want to collect my furniture to repair it - the very people that broke it. absolute disaster.
