Worst Experience and Customer Service Ever

The worst and most pathetic customer service experience ever.

They are quick to take your money but you will have to take them to court to probably get a refund if you paid for certain items which was never done such as bubble wrapping, an extra transporter vehicle. All of these costs they stated to me although was not provided on the day of my move ... My goods still made it here without damage.... What ******* is this.

If you use this company make sure your ready to battle at the end as this company does not email back to you nor call you to resolve any issues... I had to chase daily for updates and even at some point my calls were getting blocked.

I will now have to contact the FAIS Ombudsmen to assist with my customer rights as these were paid services that i did not receive but must just accept because all my goods made it here absolute waste of time.

I will never refer anyone here again!
