What a bad move.
I would personally never recommend this company. I have been waiting for 3 months to be refunded for an error that their has office admitted to, resulting from an extremely unpleasant moving experience. I would recommend that this company implement policy that eliminates the possibility of on-site workers being able to take advantage of customers.
