UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE AND FALSELY ADVERTISED
Absolutely unprofessional - damaged property whilst moving (dragging) furniture almost SEVEN MONTHS ago! Can never speak to anyone who can provide feedback on the incident as they're "never available" and do not return calls. After repairing damage ourselves - at a minimum cost compared to initial quote - they're absolutely refusing to pay. Chose to use them because they advertise that they have insurance .... REALLY!!!??? Will never recommend them .... shocking service!

We would like to apologize for the delay, but we have sent out contractors to quote us on the repairs. It was a difficult one as the carpet colour was discontinued. We are in the process of compensation, so this will be resolved shortly.
