Unprofessional, terrible service, no refunds for breakage

These guys are a joke, started out quite good arrived on time. i initially paid in full (my mistake) paid for packing glass ware, 7 boxes, which they insure and indicate use paper to wrap glassware.

they arrive no paper, wanted to pack just as such in the box, so wife told them cant do that of course. They man was rude. They ended up not bring and inventory list, didnt take all items which paid for, and charged more for by the way.

Ended up having 4 broken glasses, and still waiting to be refunded but have ghosted that process. Yet they take responsibility and insurance for items they pack.

With a name like Mr Cheap, you must expect what get in terms of service. This was recommendation, but rather dont use them and pay bit more will safe you in the end.
