Traumatic Experience Mr Cheap Transport

This is the worst service I have ever received. A simple move became a 36 hour ordeal with no communication from drivers or head office. I found them on the side of the road and had to drive them to the nearest town to get diesel for the truck. By 10:30pm I was still waiting for my move. 2pm the next day they eventually delivered the contents of my home. I made around 40 phonecalls. No one ever picked up and the next morning no call was made to me from head office. I had to call them. No apology from anyone high up even though I said someone should call me. This company will be fine if everything goes according to plan but if something goes wrong you will not hear from them and a simple move will turn into a nightmare. And they wont care. Five star reviews and the occasional 1 star. Head this warning. It goes from five to one star because if something goes wrong it goes so horribly wrong you couldnt make it up. I could spend another three pages describing this experience but suffice to say….stay away from Mr cheap transport.
