The saga continues... Mr CHEAP - the name says is all.

Had items in storage with them. They lost half of it (including some of my adopted son's baby items of tremendous sentimental value). Branch Manager Mariska blamed previous person who dealt with my account for losing the items. Wrote review on Hello Peter. Received a call from someone in Customer Services who was "horrified" at receiving a ONE star rating. He asked for back-up correspondence which I sent. No response... Sent a reminder 2 weeks later, someone else in Customer Services rep**** to say she will call me the same day... this was a week ago... no call. Poor Poor Service. Everyone playing the blame game. No-one taking responsibility. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
