The customer service

I was blown away by the customer service I received when dealing with Mr Cheap Transport, they have a dedicated service rep. Not only did they deliver a car to my parent's house as scheduled, but also called serveral times and beforehand just in case there were any issues on their end! My mom got her vehicle delivered right away and it ended up being an affordable price too, can't say enough good things about them :)
