Stay away from them, they are ****** !!

What a bunch of ******! They quoted me to move 2 cars to Cape Town. The price was good, until I paid a 50% deposit. Then they added another R2000 to the price. Apparently the initial price was a special and the lady quoting didn't know that the special had ended. Load of lies ! I was kind enough to offer to meet them half way because I felt sorry for the lady that did the quote, but that wasn't good enough for Mr Cheap Transport. They were only prepared to give R700 off for their error. For R300 they lost a customer as I cancelled. They then took 10% of my deposit and refunded the rest, a week later after I had to beg, plead and threaten for my refund. Their terms and conditions state they are entitled to keep all your money if you cancel, which would never stand up on Court, but they think they are clever. They default but they charge the customer for it. What a cheek ! Never again! There are various other companies that provide by far a better service at good prices . I will rather pay a little more and go with Stuttaford Van Lines who treats customers with respect and are reputable.
