Shocking

Absolutely shocking experience. My furniture has been in storage since end July. Delivery took place a week ago. Furniture arrived uncovered and all appliances that were wrapped came unwrapped. Clothing boxes are missing, tools out of toolboxes gone. All our encyclopedias are water damaged. Can't get into warehouse to view all other items left in storage.
