"I was pleased with the customer service received from Mr. Cheap Transport from the beginning regarding replies to inquiries/emails, and confirmation of the information regarding the moving of my furniture, and "follow-ups" from the customer service of Mr. Cheap Transport. On the day of the removal, the customer service received as well, was efficient, and friendly, and I was kept “informed” telephonically regarding the “moving process”, from the time the removal truck was dispatched/sent out from the depot, and whilst waiting for the truck to arrive. I found this as well to be very organized, and efficient. When I met the staff of Mr. Cheap Transport who were going to attend to the removal of the furniture, they were efficient, professional and friendly, and I was amazed at the speed at which the furniture was moved to the truck; and they worked together well as a team, to make the moving of the furniture easier.

I have dealt with other removal companies previously, and can truly say that I can recommend Mr. Cheap Transport as the choice for furniture removal, as there are not long waiting periods (waiting for the removal truck to arrive, etc.), and also the efficiency of the customer service received. Mr. Cheap Transport is also reasonable with their prices for furniture removal and storage.
