Offload Issue

The crew who assisted with the move itself were good and quick. However Mr Cheap Transport actually used another logistic transport company’s truck and crew - so when we got to our destination, they would not offload the truck until they received proof of payment from Mr Cheap Transport

We waited almost 40 minutes for the issue to be resolved
