Mr Cheap Transportation, don't want to be Responsible of damages they made on my car

Helo HelloPeter have a Complain with Mr Cheap Transportation, I transported a vehicle from Johannesburg to Cape Town. On the day of Delivery the driver damaged the vehicle by the time of drop off and the mirror was not there. Now they are saying they not responsible of any damage which they did not inform me of on the day I requested their service
