Mr Cheap Transport worst removal Company

These guys are the worst in the transport industry, sadly we had the worst experience with them. We were moving houses from Zimbali to Mthatha. They quoted us an exorbitant amount of money which did not include packaging and packing we had to pay extra for that. Packed everything ourselves paid for boxes and they still arrived and counted boxes and charged us for that which did not make sense coz they already charged us for furniture. They outsourced their truck coz they have no trucks in Durban and never cared to disclose that to us and their guys arrived late and finished very late. Their driver had an expired drivers licence which was an issue with Zimbali. When our furniture arrived 60% of our items were either broken or had stretches and stole our microwave. The absolute worst company for home removal. We have used Biddulphs removals for our home before and all those times we never had issues, they provided boxes and packed our furniture and we paid far less than Mr Cheap Transport with them. Whoever uses these guys please use at own risk but I had to earn someone. They are the most expensive don’t be fooled by their name. They will give u a cheap quote so that you work with them then after you’ve committed start asking for more. We were assisted by a lady called Nikita and to be honest I don’t think she knew how to do her work.
