Mr Cheap Transport Shocking Service

They were 4 hours late with my move & no one bothered calling me to advise me of them running late. I only discovered this when calling when they didn't arrive for my 1pm booking. My bed was incompletely re-assembled & damaged and they ran off before I could sign off on the delivery. When trying to call them 5 minutes after I battled to reach them & then when getting in vcontact they were too in a hurry to get to another job to return & correct the error & said they would try returning after which of course never happened nor did they attempt to make contact to arrange another slot. Clients have no recourse in case of damages or unhappiness as they expect payment ahead of the move - for obvious reasons & bad service clearly.
