Mr Cheap Transport Review

Please do not use this company ever in your life for long distance removals.... everything that could go wrong did. No pro-active feedback or updates on progress for collection or delivery. You have to phone then for everything. Not project-managed as promised in the quoting phase. Very quick on quoting and asking for full payment... then the demise in customer service begins. 1. Pitched 4.5 hours late on long distance move collection date time promised 2. Only 3 people to move a large residential house 3. Driver rude 4. No preparation for load shedding and quite "non-chalant" about it as well. Could not be phased less 5. Packed all my furniture on my neighbors' driveway 6. Did not even start packing the removal truck within 3 hours... planning apparently 7. Delivery of furniture in new province moved out by a week... they are taking no responsibility 8. In beginning says 5 days, at end now says 7 - 10 working days 9. Head of operations who is handling complaint is not even responding to emails 10. They are just sorry all the way and nothing done to assist in a province to province move.
