Mr Cheap Transport - Poor, Rude & Dishonest Service

We experienced the worst service from this company, my son lives in CT and had to move apartments, being over the festive season we had to wait for the new apartment tenants to move therefore we could only confirm the exact moving date on the 23rd, my son spoke to Penny which at first was helpful and confirmed via WhatsApp that although the company is closing they can assist and the move will have to be done between 11 - 12 this was arranged for the 30th Dec. He also mentioned that the money transfer will be done from Namibia as I live in Namibia she also confirmed that this will not be a problem POP can be sent on the day of the move. Mariska was copied into all the emails, when my son sent the POP he got a very rude phone call from Mariska informing him that there was no record of the move been booked. Apart from the very bad and rude whattsapp messages she said that she can not answer the phone as she is on leave, and see if she can find a driver who will be phoning us if she can find one.

Money was taken as per arrangement with Penny, service was never delivered, we had to vacate the apartment as the new tenants had to move in, we had to make alternative arrangement as the driver never called back and Mariska did not answer any of our calls. We had to pay another removal company to move our furniture.

Eventually aster we used the other company the drive phoned around 5pm which was already too late. We contacted Mariska and also sent a n email complaining that nobody got in contact with us after numerous messages.

I then receive very stroppy and rude whattsapp voice message, accusing us of cancelling the service without notifying them which was a lie, eventually a form was sent to my son for the refund but less 30% administration fee how in the world can you deduct 30%.

Until today we have not received the refund my son managed to phone from work phone as they have blocked his mobile number, and as soon as Laurina answered the phone and he mentioned his name she put the phone down in his ear,

How can you advertise on your website to be the best removal/transport company if you have no sense of client service, with staff like Mariska who is totally rude and obnoxious, Laurina George who puts down the phone in your ear, they obliviously don't care about clients, once the money is paid over they don't care. I have never experienced such service.

I would definitely stay clear of this company
