Mr Cheap Transport- poor customer support

Warning: unprofessional, lack of work ethic, poor communication skills.

The furniture truck does not arrive on the day or time they commit to.

The manager David - Has no interest to address challenges and will redirect your call. The manager Genevieve for logistics will say she will call you back and never does.

Not one of the people I spoke to took accountability for not delivering on the day they said they would or for messing the client around, or for the lack of professionalism or communication.

Entirely poor work standards, poor customer service, I would never recommend this moving company.
