Mr Cheap Transport poor and dishonest service

<p>A while back we decided to use the services of Mr Cheap Transport in moving some items from Hartebee****rt to Cape Town. At first Mariska Naidoo was courteuos, helpful and professional. Then I found out they basically "outsourced" our removal to a company called Peter's Mini Removals and this is where the fun began. After amending a forrm in adding a few items all was confirmed to be in order and when I received my invoice I paid my deposit and the ball was rolling. Then the lack of communication started as Kim (Peters Mini Removals) just adjusted schedules at random.</p> <p>When the truck arrived in Hartebee****rt Mariska did not ensure that Peter's Mini Removals had the correct inventory form. As I was in hospital when delivery took place the total balance came to R250 more than I was invoiced on the amended form.</p> <p>After trying to get feedback from Michael Meyer (Operations Manager Mr Cheap Transport) and Mariska during the past week I am yet to get the refund due to me. In addition they simply choose not to respond to emails requesting an update.</p> <p>I am hoping that Michael Meyer will be in contact, but as he did not call me as promised I will not hold my breath. The company owner is Arvi Naidoo and I wonder if he is aware of the poor and pathetic service his employees are dishing out. Sadly his phone is routed to that of Mariska and she simply does not even respond to emails so let alone calls. If you are lucky you could call and get a voicemail saying their mailbox is full and you are unablr to leave a message.</p> <p>If you need to use a removal company do seer well clear of Mr Cheap Transport and Peter's Mini Removals as they do not put their clients first, are dishonest and have no idea what client service is. Would you entrust them with you valuad possessions?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
