Lightning-quick service!

Booked the collection of a fridge from a seller on Facebook's Marketplace. Mariska from the Cape Town office was incredibly quick to respond and managed to help me out, even though I didn't yet have all of the details required. Unfortunately the seller cancelled the transaction and again, Mariska helped me out in a flash. Thanks for the help and great service!
