I would not recommend Mr CHEAP Transport - they have really lived up to their name.

We used this company to transport our car which was unfortunately delivered with the side mirror completely broken off and missing. We followed the procedure they gave us to make the claim and get it rectified but right from the start they deployed the classic delay tactics that so many of these kinds of organisations do. They don't return phone calls and they are very slow (days) to respond to emails. In our case it finally got 'reviewed' and they said that they were not going to go ahead and replace it or provide compensation. This is just disgusting.

These kinds of organisations do things on the CHEAP from the start and then it's CHEAPER for them when they don't do the right thing and remunerate the customer when the service they provided was not up to standard. I really would not recommend using this company. They were quite unprofessional from the start - they made a hash of the initial booking too so that when we got to the car lot no one knew anything of our booking.

Don't do things on the CHEAP. Pay a bit more and go with a reputable company that will actually bother with compensation when half your furniture has not arrived
