Horrible customer service!

I tried to book Mr Cheap Transport for our office move, as I have used them before. I contacted them on the Friday, and communication from their side was one e-mail per day. I tried to book my move for the Monday, which they OK’d for the afternoon, the move was then rescheduled for the Tuesday morning. On the Tuesday morning Mariska mentioned that there are no slots available.

I tried to contact them again to reschedule for the Wednesday, after which I was informed they can only assist over the weekend as they are moving warehouses. After this communication went silent. Mariska does not reply to any of my e-mails, and they are just blatantly refusing to reply on me asking for a name and number of their manager.

Horrible customer service, the staff clearly does not know what it happening in the company they work for, and it says a lot that they play the ignore game when I wanted to escalate the matter to management.
