Failed to provide transportation as agreed and also refused with my refund

I had requested for a quotation to move my car from Mthatha to Durban - Mr Cheap Transport responded. I was allocated a consultant by the name of Shirley Shoba who requested that I make payment prior to my item being collected which I did. The item was meant to be collected from me, it is now a week later and the item is still not collected. Company staff are not picking up my phone calls, not responding to emails and company refuses to refund me my money. Mr Cheap Transport is full of ******!
