Extreme bad customer service

<div>Good morning,last year August 2020 I contacted Mr Cheap Delivery to pack and move and store my furniture from East London to Cape Town. I was given a quotation of which I paid. To my surprise they did not load all of my furniture as I was told that it was too much and they have to make a second trip, whereas they arrived with a half truck with other furniture for someone else. This is even after telling them that my furniture was big and coming from a four bedroom house. I subsequently paid the remainder requested. In December 2020 my furniture was delivered as arranged. On noticing that my furniture was broken and some items were no there, I called a Mr **** and he referred me to a Mr **** and I was told that it was picked by Intertrans. I queried that as I had dealings with Mr Cheap Transport. I went to Mr Cheap Transport warehouse and managed to get two items and not my crockery, plates, glasses, ******* bin, glasses , kitchen racks. One bedside lamp for the rooms etc, I continued engaging them up until I felt there was no due care nor sense of urgency from their side. Thus i am humbly requesting you to assist me with this inquiry as i cannot afford to buy other items since i accumulated those over time.</div>
