I relocated from Cape Town to Johannesburg on the 30th August 2023. I searched and got the moving companies, I picked up Mr. Cheap for the name's sake -cheap but it was the most affordable one of those received. I was bit skeptical with their reviews and I was brave enough to pick up the call and clear the air on negative reviews. From the moment I called, I was helped by Ms. Mbali, she made sure that I got up to date information on the vehicle and other goods I needed to transport. I got the quotation that was agreed upon, for both my 4 large boxes with insurance, vehicle and timelines. The entire process was thoroughly explained to make sure that I understood and am well supported. Payment were processed and still knocked yet a further discount! The dates were set for the boxes to be collected by their field agents on the 25th August and Monday the boxes were delivered at home in Johannesburg in the morning, nothing missing and nothing broken. The car was dropped off at the depot in WCT on the 28th just before 16h00, I was informed that it will take between 5-14 working days delivery, to my amazement I got a call early in the morning of 01 September that the car has been delivered at the Midrand depot. This is hardly within 5 days!!!! I literally got the car within 3.5 days and all was in tact with the car as well, nothing missing and nothing broken. The staff from collection points were all awesome and amazing in their services: Mbali and Rusty assured me that everything will go well and they both surpassed my expectations:
