Daylight ******* and service is appalling

Run away from this company. They quote less items to attract you and charge you more as extras, even though you gave them full inventory. I ended up paying twice the amount quoted. I was offered a discount by one staff member but was told to pay full balance by another staff, this is not business ethics.

Service is appalling when it comes to communication, they were late by 8hrs, loading was finally done by 00:30hrs and it took them 8hrs to load as some temp staff refused to work overtime with no pay, apparently they are notorious in not paying temp staff. Only 3 guys were on site instead of 6.

I wrote them an email with my issues and not even acknowledgement was received, what did I expect, mind you the complaints dept was included. It’s daylight ******* and a headache to choose this company.
