Damage to vehicle with no response
Absolute shocking service from Mr Cheap Transport - moved a vehicle from JHB to CPT, damage incurred during transport (we even have the check in report not reflecting the damages) Mr Cheap Transport is simply walking away for the situation, and stopped responding to emails/Whatsapp's etc. Absolute disgusting, very quick to quote and move the vehicle and taking your money, but when something goes wrong they simply disappear. Not a single answer from any person working with this company. Further steps will soon be taken.

We are saddened to hear that this was your experience. It is our aim to service our clients to the best of our ability and we have investigated this matter and found that the vehicle already had rear damages and cannot verify whether the tarp damage was further cause of those damages. To our understanding, there was communication around the process of this matter.
