Crashed into Neighbour's not paying cos no insurance 😵

Their driver crashed into my neighbor. This company doesnt have insurance!!!!!! ***????? They are slippery when it comes to communicate what's happening. They say their driver needs to approve the damage quote. Most UNPROFESSIONAL company ever. How do you have a removal company with drivers and NO INSURANCE??? BE CAREFUL. FOREWARNED
