Amazing service all the way!

I reached out to Mr Cheap after empty promises from numerous well known movers. I was assisted by Joel who assured me he would get me the best price possible and he did! I was allocated Key Moves to transport furniture from Durban to Joburg and was lucky enough to have Walter allocated as the driver. He was like a breath of fresh air in this day and age. He kept me updated the entire time through the process of collection to delivery and when he said he would call me back, he did! The entire team of movers from Key Moves were helpful, friendly and efficient but Walter was amazing. My furniture arrived in Joburg exactly as it had been packed in Durban with updates along the way from Walter. Walter, you showed me that there are still people out there who care about good customer service - THANK YOU!!
