We have been waiting over THREE months to be refunded. A refund which stems from being charged more than the quoted amount on the day of our move "or we will leave your stuff on the street".

After my Google review of the company, the response was "We are sorry to hear that this was your experience. Please be advised that we will look into this and see that it's resolved as soon as possible."

Nothing has happened in this time. Every time I call, I am told that I will be called back later that day, NOBODY from this company has ever called me back.
