<p>hi</p> <p>I have a Samsung galaxy Core Prime that i recently cracked the screen and had it repaired by Mr Cellular Goodwood.</p> <p>I got the phone back in a bad state as inside a small cover that covers the screen ribbon cable is missing, theres dust under the screen and i was told i need to wait an extra day as during the deconstruction of the phone to replace the SCREEN they broke off my POWER button and replaced it at their own expense and said that if anything goes wrong with either the power button or screen i must bring it back.....Now today a week later i discover that the power button is not working any more and im unable to power my phone on....this phone is used for business purposes and i cannot live without it as i need it on a daily basis. I just left the store in an extremely furious state as they insist i broke the power button and therefore will have to pay a R100....no way boet that is not how it works in South Africa according to the consumer act. my power button i suspect was not installed in a proffesional manner and from locking and unlocking it stopped functioning...if thats my fault then geez why was i not warned not to ever again touch the button as it will brake?!?!?!?!?!
